Have napkins on hand; it's slightly sticky if you use wings or legs. Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut up or 4 -5 chicken breasts |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. melt butter in saucepan. 3. Add honey, mustard, salt and curry. 4. Pour mixture over chicken and bake for 45-60 min. 5. in covered dish. 6. Serve extra sauce over rice. 7. Serves 4. |
