Try Honeyed Fruit Salad with Marinated Pork Tenderloins. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vanilla low-fat yogurt |
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons honey |
dash of ground ginger |
dash of ground cinnamon |
3/4 cup cubed red delicious apple |
3/4 cup cubed ripe pear |
1/2 cup fresh orange sections |
2 tablespoons golden raisins |
2 lettuce leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Combine apple and next 3 ingredients; toss gently. 2. To serve, spoon fruit mixture evenly onto 2 lettuce-lined salad plates. Drizzle yogurt mixture evenly over fruit. |
