Try Honeyed Fruit Salad with Marinated Pork Tenderloins.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
dash of ground ginger
dash of ground cinnamon
3/4 cup cubed red delicious apple
3/4 cup cubed ripe pear
1/2 cup fresh orange sections
2 tablespoons golden raisins
2 lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Combine apple and next 3 ingredients; toss gently.
2. To serve, spoon fruit mixture evenly onto 2 lettuce-lined salad plates. Drizzle yogurt mixture evenly over fruit.
