Ingredients:
6 medium bananas |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine |
3 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Peel bananas, and brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle bananas with cinnamon. 2. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; stir in honey. Add bananas, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until bananas are thoroughly heated, turning once. Serve immediately. |
