THis goes great with glazed pork chops. Ingredients:
6 bananas, peeled and cut in half |
1 1/2 cups lemon juice |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Dip bananas in lemon juice. 2. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in honey. 3. Add bananas, turning until glazed. 4. Use care not to overcook, takes 3-5 minutes. |
