Tip: Buy presliced cabbage in bags, or use the slicing disk of a food processor. Ingredients:
3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage |
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage |
2 cups chopped granny smith apple |
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon coarse-grained mustard |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Add to cabbage mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and chill. |
