Here's a simple one! I have creme de cassis for making kirs and I found this as another way to enjoy creme de cassis. Works with cantaloup if you prefer. You can serve both types of melon in cubes prepared as listed below. Ingredients:
1 honeydew melon |
1 lime, juice of |
4 tablespoons creme de cassis |
Directions:
1. Wash the melon and then cut the melon into quarter wedges. Scrape out seeds. 2. Sprinkle each quarter with lime juice. 3. Place the melon wedges on 4 plates and pour 1 tablespoon of creme do cassis over each serving. |
