Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds chopped honeydew melon, about 1/2 medium melon |
1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut |
rum |
crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Put the melon, cream of coconut, rum, to taste, and about 2 cups of crushed ice in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve. |
