Great for a warm day to enjoy and get some fruit in your diet. Play with it and combine other fruits like frozen strawberries and make it a frozen shake type drink. Ingredients:
1 cup cut up honeydew melon (very cold) |
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (very cold) |
2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. in food processor or blender combine all ingredeints. 2. blend until smooth. 3. pour into chilled glasses garnish with a mint leaf or 2 or some sliced fresh strawberries and mint to add color. |
