Ingredients:
1/4 cup firm tofu, drained |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except yogurt in food processor. 2. Cover and process until smooth. 3. Place in a bowl and add yogurt, stirring well. 4. Cover and chill. |
