From .au I haven't made it yet but sounds good. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups skim milk |
200 g low-fat vanilla yogurt (acidophilus) |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 medium ripe banana |
Directions:
1. Peel and roughly chop banana. 2. Combine milk, yoghurt, honey and banana in a blender or food processor with a steel blade. 3. Blend for about one minute. 4. Poor smoothie into glass and serve immediately. |
