A light wheat bread that can also be made into cinnamon rolls Ingredients:
8 cups warm water |
1/4 cup yeast |
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 cup oil |
2 tablespoons salt |
6 cups whole wheat flour (approx) |
Directions:
1. Add water to the mixing bowl, honey, yeast. Let bubble. Add the rest of the ingredients 1/ the flour; mix in the rest of the flour as needed. 2. Let rise (double in size). |
