Williams Sonoma Wheat Bread Ingredients:
2 cups milk, scalded |
1/4 cup honey |
2 large eggs |
6 tablespoons butter, melted |
6 cups whole wheat flour |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast |
Directions:
1. Add wet ingredients to bread pan of bread machine. 2. Add dry ingredients, ending with flour. Set to dough cycle. Shape dough into loaves and place into two greased bread pans. 3. Let rise. Bake 375 35 to 40 minute Let cool completely before slicing-if you can wait that long. |
