a bit different from a recipe - i had to improvise with what I had at home. Not too shabby. Ingredients:
1/4 c low sodium chicken broth |
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil |
1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar |
1 1/2 tbsp honey |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
1 1/2 tsp mustard |
1/2 tsp marjoram |
1/2 tsp thyme |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients. 2. whisk. 3. chill. 4. keeps up to a week |
