This recipe has just the right taste especially if you like honey and vanilla Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons water |
6 -8 boneless pork chops |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. In a large resealable bag, combine honey, vinegar, vanilla, paprika, dry mustard, pepper, salt and water. Add pork chops. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. 2. Panfry pork chops in oil over medium heat until golden brown and no longer pink in center. |
