Use on baklava or Kadaifi. From Adventures in Greek Cooking: The Olive and The Caper by Susanna Hoffman. Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup grappa (tsikoudia) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredient ins a small saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce the heat to maintain a brisk summer without boiling over and cook until thickened, about 5 to 6 minutes. 3. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. |
