Honey Sweetened Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients:
1 (13 ounce) can sugar-free pie filling
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup honey
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease and flour an 11x7 baking pan; set aside.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, cream together butter and honey. Add flour, oats and baking powder; mix thoroughly. Flatten half into pan.
3. Spread the pie filling over this and top with the remaining oat mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
