Honey used after a work out removes tiredness and fatigue almost instantly. Honey is primarily fructose and glucose so it is quickly absorbed by the digestive system. (Do like the Ancient Greek athletes who took honey for stamina before competing and as a reviver after competition.) Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey |
1 1/2 cups water |
4 mint leaves, crushed |
Directions:
1. Dissolve honey in warm water and add mint. 2. Pour into a sports bottle and keep in the fridge till ready to use. |
