Tried this once and the family absolutely loved it. Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
3 garlic cloves |
2 cm ginger |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce) |
1 teaspoon chili paste |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken wings into 3 segments at joints, we use everything. Heat a deep wok for 1 minute on high. 2. Pour oil into wok, swiftly followed by ginger and garlic. Put chicken wings into wok and stir-fry briskly until browned and almost completely cooked; pour honey and soy sauces over wings, close and cook for about 5 - 10 mins be careful that it does not burn. 3. Serve with rice through which you have stirred fresh baby spinach leaves. |
