Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg chicken thigh fillets, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup spring onion, sliced
2 cups honey
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
2. Stir, cover, and cook for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
