This is a combinationa a few recipes, it's easy, and tasty! Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg chicken thigh fillets, sliced |
2 carrots, sliced |
1 zucchini, sliced |
1 cup spring onion, sliced |
2 cups honey |
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to the crock pot. 2. Stir, cover, and cook for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through. |
