Honey, Soy and Orange Marinade |

A good marinade for chicken or pork. NOTE: White cider vinegar or rice vinegar can be substituted for the wine vinegar. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
2 tablespoons peanut oil |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon honey (fireweed is good) |
white pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisk to emulsify. 2. Use to marinade your favorite cuts of chicken or pork. |
