Ingredients:
3 ounces feta cheese, in one block |
fresh thyme sprigs |
kosher salt |
freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 cup honey (preferably lavender) |
lavender blossoms (optional) |
1/4 cup whole pecans |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle the Feta with the thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with the honey. Garnish with the lavender blossoms, if using, and pecans. 2. *Fresh blossoms are best, but if you use dried lavender, make sure it is for culinary use. |
