Really nothing beats homemade dressings for salads. They are quick, makes small amounts, and sooo much better than the store bought types. Those seem to stay in my fridge till they expire and need to be tossed. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 table spoons honey |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
1 clove minced garlic |
sea salt and fresh pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients but sesame seeds in blender 2. blend until smooth and sesame seeds blend till incorporated 3. pour into small jar and refrigerate |
