Honey-Sesame Crusted Tofu |

Serve with honey-soy reduction 1 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco or to taste pour the soy sauce and honey into small sauce pan over medium heat stir occasionally. Bring it to a boil, and then simmer until reduced by half, add Tabasco at the end Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple juice |
1 (14 ounce) package firm tofu, cut into 4 triangle shape |
1 cup honey |
1/2 cup white sesame seeds |
1/2 cup black sesame seed |
Directions:
1. Marinade tofu into pineapple juice for 2 hours, preferably overnight. Mix the sesame seeds together. Place the honey into bowl and dip the tofu until slightly coated then drain the excess honey. Put the sesame seeds into tray or plate and roll the tofu until totally covered (except the bottom of the tofu). Put into baking pan and bake for 15 minutes, check from time to time to avoid burning. |
