A tasty side dish to go with any meat. I usually double or triple the glaze to get a nice coating on the potatoes. This recipe works best with red potatoes but I have made it with whatever I have on hand. Ingredients:
1 lb potato, quartered |
2 tablespoons diced onions |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Spray a baking sheet with Pam. 2. In the pan or a separate bowl, toss potatoes with other ingredients. 3. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until potates are tender. 4. Toss at least once while baking. |
