Honey Roasted Cashews

Another one for the Xmas nibbly tray!
Ingredients:
450 g unsalted cashews
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons flaked sea salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180.C.
2. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
3. Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over cashews, toss to coat.
4. Spread the cashew mixture over the lined tray and bake for 8-10 mins, stirring once, or until golden.
5. Set aside to cool & store in an airtight container.
