This can be made up to 2 days ahead, and stored in the fridge. Serve it with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, bananas, or wedges of rockmelon, pineapple or honeydew. Ingredients:
250 g fresh low-fat ricotta |
1/3 cup diet vanilla yogurt |
2 teaspoons clear honey |
fruit, to serve |
Directions:
1. Place ricotta, yogurt and honey in a medium bowl. Using a stick mixer, blend until smooth. Serve with fruit. |
