slow cooker recipe. Goes well with grilled corn, rice or cowboy baked beans. Ingredients:
1 can condensed beef consomme |
1/2 cup of water |
3 tbs. soy sauce |
3tbs. hickory smoked liquid |
2 tbs. honey |
2 tbs. maple syrup |
2tbs. barbecue sauce |
1/2 tsp. dry mustard |
1 clove of fresh garlic mashed |
2 pounds pork baby back ribs, trimmed. |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients except ribs in slow cooker; mix well. 2. Cut ribs into 3- to 4- ribs portions. Add ribs to slow cooker. (If ribs are especially fatty, broil 10 minutes before adding to slow cooker.) Cover;cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 4 to 6 hours or until ribs are tender. 3. Cut into individual pieces. Serve with sauce. |
