From my collection. Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings |
1 cup honey |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1/2 garlic clove, minced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut off tips and discard. Cut chicken wings into 2 parts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. In a bowl combine honey, soy sauce, oil, ketchup and garlic, mix well. 3. Place chicken in slow cooker, pour honey mixture over top. 4. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. |
