1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon poppy seed |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the vinegars, honey, mustard, and salt. 2. While whisking pour in the olive oil in a steady stream until the dressing is thoroughly mixed. 3. Stir in the poppy seeds. 4. Store the dressing in a glass jar in the fridge for several months. |
