Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon poppy seed
Directions:
1. Whisk together the vinegars, honey, mustard, and salt.
2. While whisking pour in the olive oil in a steady stream until the dressing is thoroughly mixed.
3. Stir in the poppy seeds.
