Ingredients:
1 cup light vanilla soy milk |
1/3 cup cubed soft silken tofu |
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 cups vanilla frozen tofu yogurt |
Directions:
1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Add frozen tofu yogurt, and process until smooth. 2. Tasty Twist Use this recipe as a base shake that can work with other nut butters you have in your pantry-the other ingredients will complement any variety. Natural nut butters will produce a shake with a slightly different texture. |
