I used to make this for my son as a better alternative to candy bars. I had lost the recipe years ago, but found it recently in a book of healthy eating recipes. Enjoy. Ingredients:
2 cups dry powdered milk (make take more depending on how much honey used) |
1 cup peanut butter |
1/2-1 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well until stiff enough to shape. 2. Form in balls about the size of a walnut. 3. Chill well for 2 - 4 hours. 4. (Note: if you like, you may melt some chocolate in double boiler and dip them in the melted chocolate, then chill well) |
