Honey Of A Strawberry Dip |

A very good appetizer. I like to whip this up and serve it at room temperature with whole strawberries. Yummy. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
2 cups fresh strawberries chopped |
1/3 cup chopped pecans |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/8 teaspoon ginger |
2 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Add strawberries, pecans, honey and ginger then blend well and stir in milk.
3. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
4. Serve with assorted fruit.
