I was searching for something to cleanse my pallate after a super supper. And I used what I had which was frozen fruit and the ingredients you see below. Ingredients:
freeze or buy frozen |
blueberries |
peaches |
bing cherries |
strawberries |
mangoes |
grapes |
pineapple |
mint leaves |
almond extract |
slivered toasted almonds |
redi-whip |
chocolate syrup |
pure honey |
Directions:
1. Have 4 chilled dessert goblets ready 2. ==================== 3. place assorted frozen fruit in each 4. 1 drop almond extract in each-gently mix 5. and let stand at room temperature of 10 minute 6. generously drizzle with honey 7. a nice squirt of redi-whip (make it pretty) 8. criss-cross with chocolate syrup 9. top with slivered toasted almonds. 10. garnish with 1 or two mint leaves 11. That's it! Enjoy! |
