Honey Oatmeal M&m Cookies |

I found a recipe for M&M cookies and wanted to see if I could make my own. This worked out beautifully. They are light, a little chewy, and a little crispy at the same time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic granulated sugar |
1/2 cup raw honey |
3/4 cup butter, softened |
2 large eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1/2 cup oats |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup miniature m&m baking bits |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Cream together sugar, honey, and butter. 3. Add eggs and vanilla, blend well. 4. Add dry ingredients, M&M's and chocolate chips. 5. I use a cookie scoop, but drop 12 on a lined baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. 6. Bake for 8-10 minutes. |
