A tasty and healthy toasting bread for cold winter mornings. Ingredients:
1 cup bread flour |
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup rolled oats |
1/8 cup wheat germ |
2 tablespoons honey |
7/8 cup milk |
1/2 cup water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the multigrain setting, and press start. |
