This great side dish will take the doldrums out of your every-day dinners. Easy and delicious! Ingredients:
1 lb sugar snap pea |
1/2 cup pine nuts |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. Cook peas in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes; drain. 2. Add pine nuts, butter, honey and mustard; toss gently until mixed well. 3. Serve warm. |
