This is an awesome treat for hot summer evenings Ingredients:
2 pints heavy whipping cream |
3/4 cup honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups diced pecans |
Directions:
1. Chill beaters in a freezer. 2. shake cream well before opening. 3. beat cream on high with electric mixer until it becomes like whipped cream. 4. add vanilla and honey and beat for an additional minute. 5. Fold in nuts. 6. freeze until ready to eat. |
