I got this recipe out of the local newspaper. We love coleslaw so I thought this would be a nice twist. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw |
1/4 cup spicy mustard |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Toss onions and coleslaw together. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over slaw. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. |
