Directions:
1. Lightly coat a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and 1 tbsp dijon mustard. Spread mixture on a 6 oz salmon filet. Bake in oven preheated to 375 degrees for 20-30 min. |
