This recipe came from an estate sale in Stephenville Texas in 1988. I have made this several times for parties and family gatherings and it is very popular. Enjoy Ingredients:
4 large potatoes |
1/2 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon dried and crushed thyme |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut each into several small pieces. 2. Cover potatoes with salted water in large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat. 3. Cook potatoes 15 minutes then drain and set aside. 4. Combine mustard, honey and thyme in mixing bowl then mix with potatoes. 5. Toss lightly until evenly coated then arrange on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. 6. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper then bake at 375 for 20 minutes. |
