slightly sweet Ingredients:
6 potatoes, large, cut into wedges |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons honey mustard |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degree C. 2. Place wedges in a large bowl and add olive oil, mustard, sea salt and pepper. 3. mix to coat. 4. Place wedges on baking paper lined baking tray. 5. Bake for 1 hour tossing about 4 times. 6. Remove when wedges are golden. |
