2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 4 cups) |
1/2 cup honey mustard salad dressing |
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until tender. Stir before serving. Yield: 4 servings. |
