MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS, WE HAVE IT ALMOST EVERY NIGHT.. VERY EASY!!! Ingredients:
3/4 cup honey |
6 tablespoons light brown sugar |
6 tablespoons cider vinegar |
3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika |
4 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloin |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. STIR TOGETHER 1ST 5 INGREDIENTS. 2. WELL BLENDED. 3. PLACE PORK IN LARGE GREASED CASSEROLE DISH. 4. SPRINKLE EVENLY SALT AND PEPPER. 5. POUR HONEY MIXTURE OVER PORK. 6. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 375 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES MIDDLE SHOULD BE SLIGHT PINK. 7. ENJOY! |
