If you like honey mustard you will love this recipe. Ingredients:
1 lb pork loin |
4 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the porkloin. 2. Coat the porkloin with the sauce. 3. Roast in a 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally until the meat thermometer register 155 - 160 degrees. 4. Slice thinly. |
