Great on shrimp and chicken Ingredients:
1/3 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon green onion, white parts only |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. 2. Cover and chill until ready to use, up to 2 days. 3. Use as a glaze, brushing onto the food during the last 5 - 10 minutes of grilling. |
