A friend served this with BBQ chicken and I loved it so much that he gave me the recipe. Ingredients:
3/4 cup honey |
1/2 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons soya sauce |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. 2. In a cup combine cornstarch with water until smooth. 3. Gradually add to honey mixture and bring to a boil. 4. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. |
