The creamiest honey mustard dressing I have ever had. This is the honey mustard that Frenso's makes and sells. One time when we were in Frenso's my wife asked a new waitress for the recipe and to our surprise she brought it out. We copied it down, and I scaled it down to a home size batch. Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups mayonnaise |
3 3/4 ounces honey |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
3/4 teaspoon onion salt |
1/3 cup mustard |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1/3 cup salad oil |
Directions:
1. Place mayonnaise in a mixing bowl with paddle attachment.
2. Mix on low.
3. Add honey, cayenne pepper, onion salt, and mustard.
4. Mix until incorporated.
5. Add cider vinegar.
6. Add oil slowly until oil is absorbed.
