Honey-Mustard Dressing (Another One)

This is absolutely wonderful on any salad. Very easy to make and will keep in a covered jar in the refrigerator for several weeks. The parsley is a nice change. Got this from Best of the Best of Arkansas and altered it a little for our taste. I don't have any idea how many servings you get, but it makes a little over 2 cups of dressing. Cooking time is chill time. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
4 tablespoons prepared mustard
4 tablespoons vinegar
4 tablespoons honey
3 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except oil.
2. Add oil slowly, whisking it constantly.
3. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors blend. This dressing just keeps getting better the longer it sits.
