This is a quick and easy recipe that is good, not only for salads, but for dipping too. My brother-in-law Jerry gave me this recipe when I was visiting them in Virginia.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
Directions:
1. Shake and serve. 2. Does not refrigerate well, so make just before serving.
