Honey Mustard Cracker Crumb Chicken

This is a healthier version of fried chicken. Its not only flavorful and jucy but its actually not all that awful for you. Note: putting foil on the cookie sheet makes for an easier clean up.
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons mustard (dijon mustard works best)
2 cups cracker crumbs
1/2 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl wisk milk, honey ,and mustard together. Pour Cracker crumbs into another bowl.
3. Cut chicken into strips.
4. Take a strip of chicken, dunk it into the milk and mustard mixture, and then roll it in the cracker crumbs. Place chicken strips on to a greased or foil covered cookie sheet.
5. Repeat with all the chicken strips.
6. Place chicken in oven for 30-45 minute.
